You’ve decided to sell! One of our experienced agents will guide you through each step of the process. Your agent will visit your property to gather all information needed.
2- SET THE RIGHT PRICE
The right price brings maximum buyers and top dollar. Your agent will execute a market analysis, review comparable properties and market conditions, to provide an objective and strategic market price. Once established, all listing documents will be signed.
3- PREPARING YOUR HOME
Make any suggested repairs or improvements to ensure your property is at its best. Your agent will measure and photograph your property.
4- MARKET & SHOW YOUR HOME
Through various online, offline, and social platform vehicles, your agent’s marketing will provide your property maximum market exposure. Your agent will coordinate all showings with you in advance. This is when it’s critical for your property to be show ready for all potential buyers.
5- REVIEW OFFERS, NEGOTIATIONS, & ACCEPTANCE
Offers are presented and reviewed by you and your agent. If necessary, counter offers are negotiated.
6- UNDER CONTRACT
Congrats! You now have a fully executed purchase agreement signed by all parties.
7- INSPECTIONS & APPRAISAL
All inspections and the appraisal will be coordinated with you and if required, negotiations will take place. Any required repairs are to be performed prior to closing.
8- FINAL WALK THROUGH
The buyer will perform a final walk through of the property to ensure it is in agreed upon condition. Contact utility companies to close out your accounts.
9- CLOSING DAY
The closing attorney will guide you through all of the required paperwork.
