4- MAKE AN OFFER
Your agent will research and review comparable sales to help you arrive at an offer price, terms, your strategy, and carry out negotiations.
5- UNDER CONTRACT
Congrats! You now have a fully executed purchase agreement signed by all parties.
6- LOAN PROCESS
Your lender will guide you through the loan process, order your appraisal, and select your closing attorney.
7- INSPECTIONS
Your agent will coordinate all inspections and negotiations between all parties.
8- FINAL WALK THROUGH
You will perform a final walk through of the property to ensure it is in agreed upon condition. Contact utility companies to set up your accounts.
9- CLOSING DAY
The closing attorney will guide you through all of the required paperwork.
