Growing up in Harford County, Maryland, Philip arrived in Morgantown in 2003 as a student at WVU, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources Management. Residing between Coopers Rock State Forest and Cheat Lake, Philip does not have to venture far to fill his thirst for the outdoors. Philip is a sportsman, enjoys staying physically fit, working on projects around the house, and life at the lake, but most of all he enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart, Tina who works for MVB Bank, Inc. and their two daughters, Cora & Livy.

Philip appreciates the value of land, both from a personal and financial perspective; in turn providing both buyers and sellers a competitive advantage which cannot be found with the average agent.
