Essance Evans has been calling West Virginia her home for a decade now. She is
currently a business student at Fairmont State University with a double
concentration in marketing and finance. When she’s not at school, she can often
be found reading a book or thrift shopping. Essance joined the real estate
industry because she wants to be the reason someone smiles. She believes that
