As a 30-year resident of Morgantown and a West Virginia native, Connie has a deep
understanding and extensive knowledge of the local community. Her personal experience in the
construction of multiple residences and managing rental properties has given her a unique
perspective in the home building process and a diverse knowledge in the real estate industry.
Raised in Marion County, WV, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and an Associate of
Applied Science degree from Fairmont State University.

Upon completing her education, she met her husband Jay, the owner of a local insurance
agency, and proudly raised three sons. Together, with her family, she takes full advantage of the
local outdoors and surrounding areas enjoying mountain biking, skiing, hiking and water
recreation at Cheat Lake. Connie values her time as a call-out qualified member of the
Mountaineer Area Search and Rescue Group (MARG) where she trains and volunteers in
various capacities with local rescue efforts.

As a salesperson, who is dynamic and result driven, she has a passion for helping clients
achieve their real estate goals in both residential and commercial properties. Always eager to
ensure satisfaction and a positive outcome.
