Christina is a graduate of Fairmont State University, and has been a Realtor since 2007. She previously worked in the banking industry, and knows a lot about the mortgage process and financing options that are available. Currently, she also works in the oil and gas industry as a Title Abstractor, making her very knowledgeable of the legal aspect of property ownership. Christina resides in Preston County, WV with her partner, Jim, and son, Wyatt. Jim is the owner of K&A Contracting, LLC and KDawn Rentals, LLC, so Christina has been specializing in property management and new construction for over a decade. She loves to assist buyers who are looking for a newly constructed home or who are looking to build from the ground up. She does not limit herself to new construction though. She is more than happy to assist anyone who is looking to sell their home, or purchase an existing home.
